Anita Choudhrie founder & Director of Path to Success has always been very passionate about charity world. Even as a student in India she supported many local campaigns. Already as a university student at Delhi University in New Delhi, India, Anita experienced social work as part of the course, which brought an enormous awareness and knowledge about the many hardships that people, those who are outside most of our visions and environment, face. As a duty to herself and others she has for many years been involved with needy groups and since 2005. Anita strongly aims to inspire and encourage people to take responsibility in helping others and teaching those in need to help themselves, whilst embracing multicultural values and traditions.Anita has been part of many successful campaigns both in India and the UK and received several awards for her philanthropy.




Mrs Simrin Choudhrie, Director of Path to Success, studied at the Inchbald School of design and is now Director and Shareholder of Bach Interiors Limited. Simrin has been a Trustee for Path to Success since its conception, as well as this she has involvement in several other charitable institutes.

Simrin is Patron of the St Wilfrid’s Centre based in Sheffield; the centre works with the statutory services and other agencies to support the homeless, the vulnerable and those who are socially excluded. She is also a Trustee for the Mane Chance Sanctuary; an organisation based in Guildford that provides shelter, re-homing and long-term care for abused, ill and abandoned horses along with other animals. Simrin’s philanthropy was honoured in November 2012 when she was presented with the GG2 Social Entrepreneur of the year award.



Bhanu Choudhrie, Director of Path to Success is a dynamic young entrepreneur born in New Delhi. He studied International Business and d Marketing at the University of Boston in the US. On completing his studies in 2001, Bhanu moved to London as Executive Director of C&C Alpha Group Lt (CCAG) a UK-based holding company with a diverse range of investments within hospitality, healthcare, real estate, utilities, agriculture, aviation and cutting-edge technologies. Bhanu is committed to his charity work in the UK and in India, charity work has been running in the family for generations. As an avid collector of Asian art and has set up the Stellar International Art Foundation to help to promote and support Asian art and artists around the world.

In 2008 Bhanu was named ”Entrepreneur of the Year” at the 2008 Asian Voice Political and Public Life Awards in the UK in recognition of his business and philanthropic achievements. In a ceremony at the Philippines Cultural Centre in London, Bhanu and C&C Alpha Group have donated the largest single sum in order to help rebuild the Philippines after it was struck by the devastating typhoon in 2013.



Karina Choudhrie, Director of Path to Success was born in Mumbai, India in 1983 and raised in Dubai. Educated in Gemology and gaining. Entrepreneurship/Finance Degrees in the US, Karina is a Gemologist by profession, and a global entrepreneur. Aside from running her own business, Karina devotes a large amount of her time to her Foundation “Share your sparkle” which she created with the purpose of providing vocational training and skills based education to woman and children on an international scale. Karina is a global guardian for UNICEF, a member of the United Nations Association London and sits on The Board of The Columbia Children’s Hospital.



A former GP, Dr Anil Sobti ,Director began his career by training and working as a doctor in India. Starting work in 1972, he held various posts at hospitals in New Delhi for the subsequent six years. Dr Sobti moved to the UK in 1978 and worked at hospitals in Cumbria and Glamorgan. In 1983 he joined a surgery in Barrow in Furness as a Principal GP and carried out that role for nine years. A move into occupational health followed, with two regional roles as Medical Adviser for the Post Office Occupational Health Service between 1992 and 1998.

Dr Sobti and his wife set up Alpha Health Care in 1998 by purchasing their first care home and have since developed the company into a professionally run organisation with a dozen homes across the UK. Today Dr Sobti works as an independent consultant and no longer with the Home Cares. He lives in Birmingham with his wife.



Silvia von Ballmoos, is on the Board of Directors of the IT company ATG Advanced Swiss Technology Group and the St. Moritz Opera, Vice President of the Foundation Board of Tele D, member of the Public Affairs Committee and the Council of the British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce, and member of the Swiss Chapter of the World Scout Foundation.

Silvia von Ballmoos has lived in Belgium, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, and has an international network. Her many years of experience as a TV moderator make her a competent contact person and trainer for radio or TV training. She feels at ease in Swiss and international circles and knows what she is talking about when it comes to savoir-vivre. As a sought-after presenter at major social events, she makes a substantial contribution to the 3dc-academy to expertise on presenting at major events.



Lady Katrin Hoare, Director educated in London University for Law went to the bar in 1960 and is a member of the Middle Temple.She is an enthusiastic skier, tennis player and horse rider. Her keen interests are in photography and golf. Lady Katrin Hoare lives in the country and loves to travel around the world. Married in 1963 she is a mother of 3 beautiful daughters and 5 grandchildren
